Copyright Infringement Notification (DMCA Policy)

Timey ("Timey", "we", "our", or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content available on or through Timey infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material (such as a URL or in-app reference).
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Timey was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or San Francisco, California if your address is outside the United States, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to prevent restoration of the material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Timey may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Users whose accounts are terminated for repeated infringement may not create new accounts without our permission.
